I used -debug in launch options on steam and I am getting this as a result [20:10:32][statetemplate.cpp:232]: State #771 does not have a category defined. [20:10:32][statetemplate.cpp:234]: State #771 has no people living in it. WebI'm assuming you're running Windows. Go to your "My Computer" folder, and click on the C drive. Playing as Japan after events can declare wars but can't attack. War goal was Brit. Raj, but troops stood and could not enter territory, while main British navy could sank my ships.
