WebI love the strikers they're honestly just plain cool as hell and feel very satisfying to use. I'd use Pike over sword personally. I do think the sword is good and fun to use in its own way but the War Pike is similar enough ( Range and attack speed is very similar) while offering more varied gameplay ( significantly easier to wound, cooler dodge, ect) . WebThe combo what you should use is Sprint-Stab + LLLL-LF or Sprint-Stab + RR-RF because of it gives you up to +30 (230-270) DPS and quick wounds. Wounds for the pike are important even if you don't necessarily build around it because the piercing attacks (L) by default deal 75% part damage and the remaining 25% can be gained back wounding a part.

Websavagery isnt really worth it if youre doing HG because its really difficult to wound stuff now apparently. while I don't bother with cells like savagery and acidic that become useless once the part breaks what you said just isn't true its actually much easier to wound solo and only takes about 2-3 Piercing Flurry to wound with a team of six.
